Terms and Conditions Page

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) were last updated on November 12, 2018

We typically take up to 24 hours to respond to emails and messages ([email protected]).

Students should not be absent for more than three days without contacting the school. This is important to inform us that you are still a student, and in case of assessments, an email will be helpful.

Please note that any missed class time will not be made up.

REFUND

We do not issue full refunds on courses. If you have not yet started a course, a 30% deduction will be applied to the amount paid. Please note that there is no refund for the registration fee. The registration fee is valid for one year if you do not enroll in a course.

Once you have enrolled in a course, if you do not receive a partial refund, you do not need to register again.

All documents submitted, including passport-sized pictures, copies of ID, and the application for certification after course completion, are non-refundable.

If a course is incomplete, you will not receive a certification until you complete it.

If the course duration has expired and you have not completed it, you will need to pay again to continue. The continuation fee is typically half of the course fee if you can complete the course in less than a month. If more time is needed, you will be required to pay the full course fee.

In some cases, your instructor may submit a request for assessment to determine why you did not complete the course. This assessment will consider the following factors: attendance, ability to complete assignments, reasons for absence, conduct, ability to follow school rules, and any potential risk to yourself or other students.

From time to time, we may update these Terms to clarify our practices or to reflect new or different practices (such as when we add new features), and Theas School of Beauty Culture reserves the right in its sole discretion to modify and/or make changes to these Terms at any time. If we make any material change, we will notify you using prominent means, such as by email notice sent to the email address specified in your account or by posting a notice through our Services, or on any social media plat form we are associated with, and you also have a duty to keep updated with our, policy, terms and conditions on the website before taking any action. Modifications will become effective on the day they are posted unless stated otherwise.

Your continued use of our Services after changes become effective shall mean that you accept those changes. Any revised Terms shall supersede all previous Terms.
